Family Affairs Council and Institute of Public Administration sign MoU to enhance cooperation

The Family Affairs Council today signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) to enhance joint cooperation between the two parties in the fields of training, consultations, studies, documents, archives, leadership development, electronic platforms, and logistics services, in accordance with the available plans and capabilities, and in line with international best practices.

The signing ceremony took place at the Institute’s headquarters in Riyadh, where the two sides were represented by the Secretary General of the Family Affairs Council, Her Excellency Dr. Maimuna Khalil Al Khalil, and the Deputy Director General of the Institute of Public Administration for Business Development and Partnerships, Her Excellency Dr. Sarah Al-Otaibi.

This memorandum comes within the framework of strategic cooperation between the two parties in the fields of training to raise the efficiency of human capital, and everything related to contributing to administrative organization, working on studies related to management affairs, strengthening ties through the exchange of information, opinions and ideas, transferring experiences and knowledge, in addition to implementing joint activities in the fields of management to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

According to the three-year terms, the areas of joint cooperation include several areas, including training, consultations, research and documentation, in accordance with the rules and regulations applied by both parties, joint cooperation in supporting the achievement of gender balance, presenting initiatives and projects that serve the family, exchanging scientific and practical expertise, and conducting joint research and studies in related fields.

The MoU between the Family Affairs Council and the Institute of Public Administration also includes holding joint conferences, practical seminars and workshops, cooperating in the fields of e-training, participating in attending developmental courses, seminars, scientific conferences and workshops, and exchanging information that enriches the scope and areas of the memorandum.
