Al-Tuwaijri emphasized the importance of effective communication

The Family Affairs Council held the second meeting of the heads of family affairs committees in the regions yesterday, chaired by the Secretary General of the Family Affairs Council, Dr. Hala Al-Tuwaijri, and the presence of all heads of committees in the regions, within the general plan of the Council, which aims to activate the role of family affairs committees in the regions, involve them in the development and implementation process of programs and initiatives that target family development in the regions of the Kingdom, inform them of developments, and discuss challenges and obstacles facing the family in the regions of the Kingdom.

Dr. Hala Al-Tuwaijri welcomed the heads and members of the family affairs committees in the regions, stressing the importance of building bridges of effective communication between the General Secretariat and the committees, to do everything that would advance the Saudi family in all regions of the Kingdom, and to achieve the Council’s goals, aimed at reaching implementable plans that identify important priorities.

The meeting, which was attended by 13 presidents representing all regions of the Kingdom, discussed a number of topics, including presenting the initiatives and programs of the strategic plan, the awareness campaign project to activate the role of the family during the study period “remotely”, launching the work guide for committee heads, presenting the heat map initiative that aims to identify family needs and issues, and discussing the challenges and obstacles facing the committees and the family.
