Chaired by His Excellency the Minister of Labor and Social Development : The Family Affairs Council holds the seventh session and discusses the annual report for 2019 The Family Affairs Council held its seventh session today, Thursday, under the chairmanship of His Excellency the Minister of Labor and Social Development, Chairman of the Family Affairs Council, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, and the presence of the Secretary General, Dr. Hala bint Mazeed Al-Tuwaijri and all members at the Ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh, The session began with an opening speech by Minister Al-Rajhi, who welcomed the members and noted the importance of concerted efforts during the next phase to enable the Council to achieve its goals and aspirations in caring for and empowering the Saudi family, followed by the topics listed on the agenda by the members.

At the end of the session, the Secretary-General of the Family Affairs Council, Dr. Hala Al-Tuwaijri thanked His Excellency the President and members of the Council for their interaction with all the topics raised, and their constructive suggestions and opinions, stressing the great support that the Saudi family receives from the rulers – may God protect them – and this is evident through the Kingdom’s ambitious 2030 vision and its goals and programs that directly contribute to empowering the Saudi family and improving the quality of life.
