“Family Affairs Council” signs a Memorandum of Understanding with “Mamam”

The Family Affairs Council (FAC) and the Financial Communication and Knowledge Center (Mamam) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Wednesday, 23 Sha’ban 1444, corresponding to March 15, 2023, at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh, on the sidelines of the second edition of the Financial Sector Conference (FSC) 2023.

This memorandum comes within the framework of the interest of both the Family Affairs Council and the Center for Financial Communication and Knowledge to create strategic cooperation in a number of awareness and educational programs, strengthen their joint role in communication, knowledge and educational exchange, and raise awareness in society and the financial sector by implementing joint programs and sharing reports, studies and qualitative research specialized in financial awareness, with a focus on aspects that target the family as the main component of societies.The MoU was signed by the Executive Assistant of the Family Affairs Council, Ms. Hila bint Mohammed Al Mukairish, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance for Communication and Information, and the Supervisor.

On this occasion, Al Mukayresh emphasized that this agreement with Mitmam comes within the framework of the Family Affairs Council’s endeavor to enhance family awareness by building partnerships that are beneficial and impactful on all aspects of their lives, especially the financial aspect because of its impact on achieving the Council’s objectives in improving the quality of family life in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

For his part, Al-Sheikh said that this cooperation contributes to enriching financial and economic knowledge through a number of awareness and educational programs within a common scope of work, and achieves knowledge exchange, education and awareness raising in the community through the family, by providing initiatives, implementing joint programs and transferring knowledge to all segments of society, indicating that Mamam is keen to expand the field of community partnerships with various relevant sectors.
