In cooperation with the Human Capacity Development Program, the Family Affairs Council launches the “Life is a Skill” campaign under the slogan “Distinguish with Skill”

The Family Affairs Council launched the Life is a Skill campaign in a ceremony in the presence of the relevant participating organizations. This is part of the Council’s endeavor to promote personal and professional skills among children. The campaign is one of the joint initiatives with the Human Capacity Development Program within the initiatives of the National Strategy for the Family.

The “Life is a Skill” campaign is part of the Council’s efforts to unify and coordinate the efforts of family-related organizations to launch projects and initiatives aimed at providing a supportive environment for all family members.

The “Life is a Skill” campaign aims to spread community awareness of the importance of developing life skills in children from their early years. The campaign also highlights the important role of parents and educators in honing children’s skills to empower them and enhance their personal, family and community capabilities.

Her Excellency the Secretary General of the Family Affairs Council, Dr. Maimouna Al Khalil, explained the importance of developing life skills among children, as providing them with learning skills, professional skills, personal empowerment skills, and active citizenship skills directly contribute to achieving family stability, social development, and building a promising generation of globally competitive Saudi citizens.

The Family Affairs Council extended sincere thanks to the entities supporting the “Life is a Skill” initiative and participating in the campaign for their active role and efforts that provide a supportive environment for children in which they are empowered with the necessary life and professional skills to achieve their ambitions, realize the country’s vision, and build a generation that leads the future.
