The Council is committed to activating E-Participation from all beneficiaries and those interested in family affairs. This includes individuals concerned with all matters related to families and their members in the Kingdom. Through its E-Participation policy, the Council welcomes the sharing of insights, comments, suggestions, experiences, and ideas from all segments of society via the E-Participation channels provided by the Council through its website and social media platforms. This is to enhance the role of society in decision-making and to improve and elevate the quality of services provided.
The Council devotes the necessary attention to studying all future electronic submissions and evaluates them according to the specific terms and conditions for E-Participation. The Council also affirms its right to decide not to publish or delete any submission without being obligated to provide an explanation to the other party. Under no circumstances shall the Council, its employees, representatives, or contractors be held responsible for any consequences arising from the publication of comments or remarks through E-Participation channels.
Terms and Conditions for E-Participation
•All E-Participations shall comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
•Participations shall be expressed clearly and concisely, demonstrating seriousness and objectivity.
•Participants shall avoid sharing any personal information, including contact details. Providing such information will be considered as consent for data processing.
•Any abusive or offensive language is strictly prohibited.
•Each user may submit only one participation per topic.
•Participations shall be focused on the specific topic at hand and avoid discussing multiple unrelated subjects.
•Personal criticisms that do not contribute to the enrichment of the discussed idea are not allowed.
•The Council’s website and social media platforms shall not be used for any commercial, promotional, or inappropriate purposes.
•Participants shall not misuse the Council’s E-Participation systems in a way that compromises performance, security, reliability, speed, continuity, or the intended operating environment, or that prevents others from using the system.
